Without so much as an announcement the WTBTS Society has buried one of its landmark publications...The Awake...is this true???

much discussion now about the fallout that is coming due to impacts of the pandemic combined with the long-term downward spiral of jw.org.
i am active as a pimo and my wife is pimi....much of our personal conversation and conversation with others in jw land focuses on how things will play out for jw.org in the next 12-24 months.

It's a given that WT has backed itself into a corner with its hardliner, hardcore cult practices & behavior over the past many years...& this pandemic has not helped in any way. The amount of JW youth who are online stumbling across YouTube channels created by other XJW youth is getting increasingly worse for WT to defend against. Add to this the high number of JWs in their 20s, 30s & 40s who also are frequenting XJW online sites & getting a crash course into the dark side of their own religion is very damaging to the growth and advancement of this organization.
So yah...WT not only has to...but will need to make some drastic changes to maintain acceptance just by its current members.

That op image of how a previous Kingdom Hall is now being used by a nemesis of WT/JWs is very telling. There have been too many other sales of KHs to other religious groups...sales of this sort are not going to age very well.
How does a KH when 1st built get dedicated to 'Jehovah' & then one day end up in the hands of the arch enemy Satan. I've also heard of Assembly Halls that were dedicated to 'Jehovah' then later sold to mega churches.
I guess WT can give a rat's ass how 'Jehovah' feels about how the Faithful Steward is handling the Lord's belongings.🤣🤣🤣

Yes indeed pistolpete...the world wide web has in effect been a two edged sword...especially for the JW organization...the internet has resulted in both favorable & unfavorable consequences. Unfortunately for the WT the web ain't going anywhere...and the problems will only intensify and worsen for this cult...Yay!

Other factors to consider are that not only is the CDC in the U.S. saying that variants of covid19 are on the rise...they're also saying that all the available vaccines do not have the longterm effect as they'd hoped. In other words you get the covid19 vaccination today...it may start loosing its potency & effectiveness as early as September...that's less than 6 months. As paranoid as WT has been this past year and still losing some 10,000 JWs to this pandemic...WT's feeling excessively endangered by this virus isn't going away any day soon...me thinks!
So zoom meetings just might be the only thing on the JW menu for months to come.
